İdil Çağal Kuyan specializes in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructuring of group companies, capital market law, dispute resolution, insurance law and anti-corruption. She has given legal advice to local and multinational companies involved in a range of industries such as energy, insurance, telecommunication, pharmaceutical and medical device.

İdil Çağal Kuyan’s experiences include; representing local and multinational companies, funds, angel investor networks in mergers and acquisitions; advising leading foreign investment companies on group restructuring and daily corporate transactions.

İdil acts an expert mediator in the fields of energy and mining law, and as an arbitrator in Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC).

İdil Çağal Kuyan provided training on the Turkish Commercial Code and anti-corruption regulations to trade unions, employees and executives of local and multinational companies; representing many local and multinational firms in dispute resolution procedures.

İdil Çağal Kuyan participates in the activities of company affairs and energy working group of the Turkish Industry & Business Association (TUSIAD). She has worked in an international consultancy firm, The World Bank and Georgetown University Law Center.
